How credit scores will affect real estate - Educational Seminar
On the 24th August 2021, CRIF Information Services Bahamas in conjunction with 1 OAK Bahamas put on an educational seminar to answer the question "How will a Credit Bureau affect The Bahamas." The webinar was presented by Matt Sweeting, CEO at 1OAK Bahamas and Enrico Caruso, Shell Stubbs and Marisa Nixon as main speakers for CRIF.
After an overview on the Credit Bureau and its impacts on the Bahamian economy, the seminar continued with a discussion on how the Credit Bureau might affect specifically the Bahamian real estate market, ending with a Q&A session to clarify attendees doubts and curiosities.
